Yes. First, choose your Candle Pearls size and colour on the product page. Fragrances are then selected separately, allowing you to customise scent strength, mix fragrances, or enjoy the wax unscented if you prefer.

Yes, select a Scent Free product and add a few drops of your preferred essential oil or candle fragrance oil near the wick BEFORE lighting. Do this at your own risk and comfort level, remembering that oils are highly flammable. Experiment with different oils to find your perfect match. Remember, you are responsible for any modifications made to the candles.

You can relight the same wick multiple times, each lasting about 12 hours. We provide 20 large / extra long wicks per pouch for refreshing your candle’s appearance.

Scent strength is completely customisable. Our fragrance oils are 100% pure and undiluted, so only a small amount is needed to achieve a noticeable fragrance.

We recommend starting with a light fragrance load and building gradually until you reach your preferred strength. Adding too much fragrance at once can cause the wax to burn hotter and faster, which reduces burn time and can affect performance.

As a general guide, we suggest no more than 10ml of fragrance oil per 100g of wax. Staying within this range allows the fragrance to warm slowly and disperse evenly through the space, giving the best balance of scent throw and burn time.

Ensure the wick tip is only about a quarter-inch out of the pearls. A longer exposed wick can reduce the burn time.

Burn time varies depending on how the candle is used. Factors that affect how long the wax lasts include:

  • container size and shape

  • how long the candle is burned per session

  • how much fragrance oil is added

  • airflow in the room

Candle Pearls are designed to be flexible and refillable, so burn time isn’t fixed in the way it is with traditional poured candles. Shorter burn sessions, larger containers and lighter fragrance loads will all result in slower wax consumption and longer overall use.

Yes, our candle pearls (but coloured and uncoloured) are suitable for floating candles. Ensure a minimum 2″ height of pearls on water, and avoid the wick touching the water.

Absolutely! Simply dry the pearls on kitchen towel (or similar) after use to reuse them.

You have several options: a flame snuffer, a wick dipper, or blowing out gently.

Our candles comprise highly purified mineral and natural waxes, with scented versions using phthalate and paraben-free fragrances.

While fireproof containers are the preferred choice for safety, you can also safely use other types of containers provided they are sufficiently large. The critical aspect to consider is avoiding the melt pool extending to the edges of the container, as well as preventing the container from becoming too hot during the burning process. As a general guideline, choose containers that are at least 4 inches wide at their narrowest part, but remember to regularly check that they aren’t overheating.Additionally, it’s important to maintain a buffer zone of at least 2 inches of pearls around each wick. In containers that are about 4 inches wide, it’s advisable to use only one wick. Also, ensure there is a minimum gap of 1 inch between the bottom of the wick and the base of the container for safety and optimal burning.
