We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard UK delivery service. All orders are handmade and made to order, and we aim to complete each order within up to 2 working days of receipt.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day of the parcel entering the Royal Mail network.

If your order is urgent, you may choose Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class at checkout. This option applies to the delivery stage only and typically results in quicker delivery than Tracked 24 once the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail. It does not affect the production time.

Orders qualifying for FREE shipping are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Customers may upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class for an additional charge if they prefer a faster delivery service after dispatch.
